Never Miss an Email From DLSUB

This page shows you how to ensure all DLSUB updates, announcements, and important notifications always arrive safely in your inbox. If you have questions, you can also visit our Contact page.

Make Sure Our Emails Reach Your Inbox

Occasionally, emails can be filtered into Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. To avoid missing important updates, please add our email address to your Safe Sender or Contacts list using the steps below.

Gmail

✅ Open Gmail and check your Spam or Promotions folder.
✅ Open an email from DLSUB.
✅ Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the email.
✅ Select Add to Contacts for .
✅ If the email was in Spam, click Not Spam.

Yahoo Mail

✅ Open Yahoo Mail and check your Spam folder.
✅ Open an email from DLSUB.
✅ Click the three dots menu and choose Add Sender to Contacts.
✅ If available, select Not Spam.

Outlook, Hotmail, MSN

✅ Open Outlook and locate an email from DLSUB.
✅ Right-click the message and select Mark as Not Junk.
✅ To permanently whitelist our emails:

• Go to Settings → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Junk email.
• Under Safe senders and domains, click Add and enter .

Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

✅ Open the Mail app.
✅ Open an email from DLSUB.
✅ Tap or click the sender name or email address.
✅ Select Add to VIP or Add to Contacts.

Other Email Providers

✅ Look for options such as Add to Contacts or Mark as Not Spam.
Adding our email address to your address book typically ensures future emails reach your inbox.

Important Reminder

If you are not receiving our messages, please check your Spam or Junk folder and mark our emails as Not Spam so you never miss an important update.
